All the clinics that we refer you to, are independent of this website. If you arrange to undertake rehabilitation treatment provided by a clinic whose details we have provided to you, you will be entering into an agreement with that clinic directly.

Our suggestions are made in good faith. However, Changing Direction - referrals can take no responsibility for any advice or treatment provided by clinics whose names we provide to you, or for any failure of theirs to advise or treat, or for the consequences of advice or treatment given or not given. We recommend that prior to undergoing any form of treatment you verify any information that we have supplied. All clinics have a professional and legal duty to offer you good standards of practice and care.

Changing Direction makes no warranties or representations about the accuracy, completeness or suitability for any purpose of any information that it provides. We exclude all liability for loss of any kind howsoever caused which may arise out of our supply of information to you to the fullest extent allowed by law, including any liability arising in contract, tort, negligence, misrepresentation or under statute.

By providing us with your name you agree to our passing it on to the clinics whose names are supplied to you, so that if you contact them they know that we provided you with their name. We will not pass on your contact details to any third party. Please see our privacy policy for further details.

By utilising our referral service, you agree to these terms of use and agree to accept the application of English law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts to govern matters between Changing Direction - Referrals and yourself.
